Klausner Holz Thüringen, Saalburg-Ebersdorf

Klausner Holz Thüringen (KHT) is situated in the middle of Europe’s best softwood forest region and is one of the largest sawmill and planing mill facilities in Europe. The mill was founded in 1991; a high production planing mill was added in 1996. The mill focuses primarily on the production of standardized lumber for the construction and packaging industries. Most of these products are exported. The main markets are in the USA, the Far East, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.
